About the Role:
Rippling is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support the company's rapid growth and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Partner with department leaders to develop and manage annual operating budgets
- Analyze key business metrics and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities
- Support strategic projects including pricing analysis, investment decisions, and scenario planning
- Create presentations for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership reviews
- Develop and improve financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
- Collaborate with accounting and data engineering teams on data accuracy and system improvements
- Support fundraising and M&A activities with financial due diligence and modeling
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC)
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA a plus
