Beaverhand is hiring a Sales Manager to build pipeline and lead our growing sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Run outbound and inbound sales motions and manage the pipeline
- Build prospect lists and campaigns using modern sales tooling
- Coach reps and refine the sales process for repeatability
- Partner with marketing to convert demand into revenue
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in B2B sales, with some leadership or senior-IC experience
- Hands-on with prospecting tools (e.g. Clay, Lead Magic) and CRM
- Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
- Goal-oriented and data-driven
