Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 per year

About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with our most strategic enterprise customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize maximum value from the Salesforce platform while driving adoption, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities:
- Own the post-sale relationship with a portfolio of enterprise customers
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with customer business objectives
- Drive product adoption through training, best practice sharing, and proactive engagement
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to retention
- Conduct regular business reviews with customer stakeholders including C-level executives
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales teams
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams
- Manage escalations and coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve customer issues
- Track and report on key success metrics including NPS, adoption rates, and renewal rates
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to CSM best practices

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
- Experience working with enterprise customers (Fortune 500 preferred)
- Strong understanding of CRM, SaaS, and cloud technologies
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with customer success platforms (Gainsight, Totango, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive insights
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
