About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Einstein AI Platform team. You will drive the product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce's AI capabilities, working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Einstein AI features that serve millions of Salesforce users
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver AI-powered products
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities
- Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
- Prioritize features using data-driven frameworks and business impact analysis
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance through analytics and A/B testing
- Present product strategy and updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Stay current on AI/ML industry trends and emerging technologies
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML products
- Strong technical background with understanding of machine learning concepts, LLMs, and AI infrastructure
- Proven track record of shipping successful products at scale
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus
