About the Role:
Siemens is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for our Digital Industries division in India. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and business partnering across multiple business units.
Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes for the business unit
- Provide financial analysis and insights to business leadership
- Manage cost center and project accounting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and Indian accounting standards
- Partner with business leaders on pricing, investments, and cost optimization
- Supervise a team of financial analysts
- Coordinate with global finance teams on reporting requirements
Requirements:
- 8+ years of finance experience with management responsibilities
- CA or CMA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Indian GAAP
- Experience with SAP FICO module
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technology sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent English communication skills
