Position Overview
We are seeking a Sourcer to identify, engage, and qualify candidates for IT, technical, construction, and facilities management roles. The Sourcer will partner with recruiters to build talent pipelines, conduct candidate outreach, screen resumes, and maintain accurate ATS records.
The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Source qualified candidates for IT, technical, and construction/facilities management positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing tools and strategies.
Conduct personalized outreach to prospective candidates, assess initial qualifications, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with recruiters to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, target candidate profiles, and effective sourcing strategies.
Review resumes and candidate profiles to identify individuals who meet position qualifications and align with hiring needs.
Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and monitor recruiting metrics to provide updates on sourcing progress.
Coordinate interviews as needed and deliver a positive candidate experience through timely, professional communication throughout the sourcing process.
Support market research, talent availability analysis, and additional recruiting or talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
Eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship is required for this position under applicable federal contract requirements.
Bachelor’s degree.
1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably supporting IT, technical, or construction/facilities management roles.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or similar recruiting tools.
Strong written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
