About the Role:
Staples Canada is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team in the Greater Toronto Area. You will manage a team of account executives and drive revenue growth across our enterprise and mid-market customer segments.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 6-8 B2B account executives
- Set and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for enterprise and mid-market segments
- Coach team members on prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Monitor pipeline health and provide accurate revenue forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market initiatives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities
- Participate in RFP responses and enterprise deal negotiations

Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Experience in office supplies, technology, or business services preferred
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
