Summa Health Medical Group is seeking a Neurocritical Care physician to join our nationally recognized Neuroscience Institute in Akron, Ohio. The position offers inpatient coverage on a flexible 7-on/7-off block schedule, which promotes both work-life balance and continuity of care. We are pleased to provide both full-time and part-time options to suit a variety of preferences.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within a highly integrated, multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on the management of critically ill neurological patients in a dedicated Neuro ICU, with close collaboration alongside Neurosurgery, Stroke, Endovascular, and Critical Care Trauma programs to ensure seamless, coordinated care from emergency intervention through recovery.

Candidate Qualifications
•
Board certification and/or eligibility in Neurology
•
Board certification and/or eligibility in Neurocritical Care
•
A current unrestricted license or the ability to obtain a license to practice medicine in Ohio
