You will manage crews, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high quality standards. Responsibilities: - Manage multiple residential and commercial HVAC installation projects simultaneously - Develop project schedules, assign crews, and coordinate with subcontractors - Review project scopes, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy - Order materials and equipment, managing inventory and delivery timelines - Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project - Track project budgets and report on profitability - Resolve field issues and change orders promptly and professionally - Ensure all work meets local mechanical codes, manufacturer standards, and company quality benchmarks - Mentor and develop installation team members Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation or project management - Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems and building codes - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills - Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office - Valid Oregon HVAC license or supervisory license preferred - Valid driver's license with clean record - OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus Benefits: - Competitive salary with performance bonuses - Company vehicle - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer match - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development and continuing education support Sun Glow Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
