At Telemetron, we’re building the OS for Hardware Companies. We help companies with physical products run their post-sales operations: from customer support to device fleet monitoring to field service, through a unified, intelligent platform. We’re the all-in-one CRM + device management system for hardware teams. Companies building smart wearables, factory robots, EV chargers, medtech devices, and more. They use Telemetron to support customers, manage devices in the field, and resolve issues faster. Build full-stack product features across our support, field service, and device monitoring platforms Ship AI-powered workflows that help hardware teams resolve customer issues using real-time data and LLMs Work directly with customers to understand pain points and shape the roadmap Own projects end-to-end: from product design to infrastructure - moving quickly and responsibly Contribute to our core architecture and help scale the platform as we grow You might be a fit if... You love working fast, shipping often, and improving based on real user feedback You have strong fundamentals and write clean, efficient code You’re excited by the idea of building software that controls and interacts with physical devices in the real world You care about product quality and have an eye for good UX (even if you’re not a designer) You thrive in high-ownership environments and don’t wait around for permission You’re based in SF (or open to relocating) and want to be part of an in-person, high-trust team
