About the Role:
Teufel, Germany's leading audio brand, is seeking a Finance Controller to join our finance team. You will be responsible for financial controlling, reporting, and business partnering across our consumer electronics business.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and management accounts
- Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts
- Analyze profitability by product line, channel, and region
- Build financial models for business cases and investment decisions
- Partner with commercial and operations teams on cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with German GAAP and IFRS reporting standards
- Support audit processes and statutory reporting
- Develop and improve financial processes and tools
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial controlling or FP&A
- Strong knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Fluent German and English
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- WP/StB qualification a plus
