Qualifications
•
MD or DO from an accredited institution
•
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure

Role Responsibilities
•
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients
•
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
•
Emphasize preventive care and population health management
•
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain timely and accurate documentation
•
Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
Schedule & Call
•
Full-time outpatient schedule (34 patient-facing hours)

Flexible scheduling options available

Minimal call responsibilities (1:6 call schedule), phone-only
