Our work experience encompasses many different industry sectors, including: Non-Profit, Office, Retail, Multifamily, Affordable Housing, Hospitality, Industrial, Cultural, Commercial, Education and Institutional Position Overview: We are seeking a licensed Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will work on new construction and service/repair projects throughout the Portland metro area. Responsibilities: - Install and repair water supply lines, drain/waste/vent systems, and gas piping - Install fixtures including sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, and water heaters - Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and low pressure - Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications - Install and connect piping using copper, PEX, PVC, ABS, and cast iron materials - Perform drain cleaning using cable machines and hydro-jetting equipment - Test plumbing systems for leaks using pressure tests and visual inspection - Ensure all work complies with Oregon plumbing code and local regulations - Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers professionally Qualifications: - Valid Oregon Journeyman Plumber license required - 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience - Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation methods - Ability to read blueprints and plumbing diagrams - Experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems - Valid driver's license with clean record - Customer service oriented with professional demeanor - Ability to work independently and manage own schedule Benefits: - Top wages for licensed plumbers - Company vehicle and fuel card - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer match - Paid time off and holidays - Tool allowance - Continuing education support Urban Resources Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
