We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and execution-oriented product leader to shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our Digital Asset Platform. You will turn institutional client needs and digital asset market developments into investment priorities, differentiated products, and measurable business outcomes.
Our Digital Asset Platform mandate spans Digital Identity, Wallet, Digital Transfer Agency, Onchain Data and Intelligence, Connectivity, and governance, including Proxy and Corporate Actions. You will work across connected capabilities rather than a single silo; your initial focus will reflect business priorities and your strengths.
What you’ll do
- Define platform product strategy, portfolio priorities, and a sequenced roadmap aligned with client needs, business objectives, and operational readiness.
- Lead discovery with issuers, investors, and financial institutions; develop a clear view of where onchain capabilities improve existing workflows and where they do not.
- Own business cases, market sizing, pricing direction, build-versus-partner recommendations, and commercialization plans; align resources to the strongest opportunities.
- Lead product delivery through cross-functional teams, resolve dependencies across platform capabilities, and make explicit trade-offs among value, speed, cost, and risk.
- Partner with engineering on architecture implications and with operations, legal, compliance, risk, and security on controls, approvals, and launch readiness.
- Shape go-to-market plans with sales, marketing, and client teams; support strategic client engagements, pilots, and adoption.
- Establish portfolio measures for adoption, revenue or economic value, service quality, and client outcomes; use evidence to scale, improve, or stop initiatives.
- Represent product strategy with internal and client executives; coach product colleagues and build alignment across a complex organization.
What we’re looking for
- Typically 10+ years in product management, financial services, market infrastructure, or related fields, with a sustained record of increasing responsibility and positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership of complex products from strategy through delivery and commercialization, including investment prioritization and senior stakeholder influence.
- Relevant knowledge of institutional financial workflows and digital asset infrastructure, with depth in at least one part of the platform mandate.
- Experience delivering in, or to, regulated financial services and working constructively with technology, operations, legal, compliance, and risk.
Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills; the judgment to distinguish compelling technology from a viable client proposition.
What Sets You Apart
The following are valued differentiators, not a checklist. You do not need experience in every platform capability.
- Issuer or fund services experience spanning transfer agency, proxy, corporate actions, or adjacent investor and governance workflows.
- A record of building and scaling institutional digital asset products, with credible knowledge of smart contracts, wallets, DeFi mechanisms, and their risks.
- Experience translating regulatory and market-structure developments into product decisions and explaining those decisions to executive audiences.
- Practical understanding of identity, interoperability, data, and asset-servicing controls, together with disciplined use of generative AI and agent workflows.
Why Join Us
You will help shape a connected digital asset platform at the intersection of investing, governance, and market infrastructure—combining new capabilities with the trust, controls, and commercial discipline institutional clients expect.
Salary range $200,000.00- $260,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
