About this role

Job description: Waydev is looking for a Head of Sales to lead exponential revenue growth, hire top sales talent, help open new channels, and create and own relationships with multiple large customers who have expressed interest in our products and services. This role will report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities: Attain ARR and gross booking targets Expand partnerships with key channel partners Continuously train, coach and develop your team Drive new client acquisition with your best sales development playbook Optimize our renewal playbook and continue to improve account retention Develop ideal sales candidate profiles and drive regional recruitment efforts Requirements: 5+ years of sales experience Sales leadership experience with enterprise B2B SaaS companies that achieved scale (>$1m ARR) Enterprise sales with ACV more than $100k Remarkable experience in sales development, growth marketing, or customer success Hypergrowth experience - growing revenue +50% QoQ for several years Existing relationships with technology enterprises are a bonus Sales experience with data/analytics products is a plus
