Position Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Painter to join our team. You will prepare surfaces and apply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and applying caulk and primer
- Apply paint, stain, and varnish using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces with drop cloths and masking
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications
- Apply wallpaper and other wall coverings when required
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly clean all tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE and ladder safety
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional painting experience
- Knowledge of paint products, application techniques, and surface preparation
- Ability to work at heights on ladders and scaffolding
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and reliable work habits
