Requirements You Bring to the Table:
Education:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( Required )
• BSN from an accredited school ( Preferred )
Licenses & Certifications:
• RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) â€" Required
• BLS from AHA â€" Required
• ACLS â€" Required
• National Certification in your specialty â€" Preferred
Experience:
• 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience â€" Required.
• Experience with computer data entry â€" Required.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems â€" Preferred.
Must-Have Skills:
• A+ interpersonal and communication chops
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.
• Calm under pressure â€" you know how to manage fast-paced situations and clinical emergencies like a pro. Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based
