With over 40yrs of experience in the roofing business we have the knowledge and know how to complete your roofing job large or small Position Overview: We are hiring a Roofing Sales Representative to meet with property owners, inspect roofs, prepare estimates, and close sales for residential and commercial roofing projects. This role offers excellent earning potential with a competitive base salary plus commission. Responsibilities: - Conduct roof inspections and assess damage for repair or replacement - Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for homeowners and property managers - Present roofing options, materials, and financing solutions to customers - Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and canvassing - Guide customers through the insurance claims process when applicable - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project scheduling - Build and maintain relationships with customers, realtors, and insurance adjusters - Attend trade shows, community events, and networking functions - Maintain accurate records in CRM system Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in roofing sales or home improvement sales - Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes - Proven sales track record with ability to close deals - Experience with insurance restoration sales is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with strong time management abilities - Valid driver's license and professional appearance - Proficiency with CRM software and digital estimation tools Benefits: - Base salary plus uncapped commission - Company vehicle or vehicle allowance - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan - Warm leads provided from company marketing - Ongoing sales training and development - Top producers earn $100K+ Western Pacific Roofing LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
