About the Role:
Wilson & Sterling is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure and deployment initiatives. You will design and maintain cloud infrastructure for our financial services clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration
- Implement security best practices and compliance controls
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers
- Define and track SLOs and reliability metrics
Requirements:
- 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience
- Expert-level AWS knowledge
- Strong Kubernetes and container experience
- Terraform proficiency
- Python and Bash scripting
- Understanding of security and compliance
- Good English; Dutch is a plus
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
