The Real Estate Development and Investments Practice Group in our Houston office is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the team. This role supports a dynamic commercial real estate practice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of law firm experience
Prior transactional experience required; commercial real estate experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles and redlining, as well as Adobe Acrobat
Strong command of Microsoft Outlook
Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork mentality, and a high degree of professionalism and dedication
