Finance Mid-Level Associate

About this role

Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level associate to join the private equity group. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of broad corporate experience, including mezzanine debt experience.  Experience with SBIC funds is preferred, but not required.  While Chicago is our principal focus for this position, candidates for our other offices will be considered.  All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their office location.   We value diversity in the workplace.
