Finance/Structured Finance Associate

About this role

Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level associate to join its finance group. Candidates should have at least three years of substantive corporate and/or structured finance experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions, credit funds and asset managers in financing transactions and leading significant portions of those transactions. Experience in  structured finance, fund finance and CLOs is preferred (but not required) along with strong deal experience at a large law firm. While Chicago is our principal focus for this position, candidates for our New York and Charlotte offices will be considered.
