Leveraged Finance Associate

Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level associate to join the leveraged finance team to support the firm’s lender and borrower side practices. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in leveraged buyout financings. In addition to excellent academic credentials and large law firm experience, all candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills.  While New York is our principal focus for this position, candidates for all offices will be considered.
