Litigation Practice Attorney

Winston & Strawn LLP's Chicago office is looking for a practice attorney to join its litigation practice group. We are seeking lawyers with experience in complex commercial litigation and e-discovery with excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills. The primary responsibility of this position will be to assist with factual development and legal research for litigation matters. Candidates should have strong case management and research skills and a desire to coordinate matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial. The position is a non-partnership track position. All candidates must be or become admitted to the Illinois Bar.     Search firm submissions will not be accepted.        We value diversity in the workplace.
