Structured Finance Associate

About this role

Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group.  Candidates should have three to six years of strong structured finance deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures, primarily in the residential mortgage and other consumer finance related industries.  Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred, but not required. While New York is our principal focus for this position, candidates for our Chicago and Los Angeles offices will be considered.  All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their office location.   We value diversity in the workplace.
