Tax Transactional Associate

About this role

Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level tax associate (3rd to 6th year) with experience working on the taxation of corporate and partnership business transactions. The associate would primarily be involved in transactional practice working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, fund formation and financing transactions. The ideal candidate will have stellar academic credentials, excellent written and oral communications skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. Major law firm experience is preferred. While we are primarily seeking to hire for our Chicago, Dallas, and New York offices, candidates for our other offices will be considered.
