About the Role:
YaWorks is seeking a UX Designer to create exceptional digital experiences for our clients. You will work on diverse projects across government, healthcare, and enterprise, designing solutions that are accessible and user-centered.
Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG)
- Collaborate with developers and product owners
- Present design concepts to clients
- Contribute to UX best practices and team processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with user research methods
- Understanding of accessibility standards
- Experience with government or enterprise clients preferred
- Good English; Dutch is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design or HCI
